We got vinyl flooring a few years ago and there are very large gaps in our floor. We are having our house remodeled and my contractor said they did not acclimate the floors to my house temperature and that's why they are shrinking. Since I am not in the floor business I did not know that until a few weeks ago. My husband told Kevin about it and he said he would come look at it. I called and left him a message to setup a time and have had no response.
We have used Fashion Floors twice over the last 2 years. They’re GREAT!
