Liars and really poor workmanship....
Bought expensive upgraded carpet several years ago. From day 1, seems showed and carpet did not lay right even other carpet installers. We had FF installers come back and still seems showed and problems persisted. Management came and did nothing about problem. The carpet is now a total mess with big lumps that you actually trip over them. Would not recommend Fashion Floor as they do not stand by their product. This is the first time we have ever ever registered a complaint about a company.
