I've ordered fabric from this company 9 times now. I've read other reviews here and can see that the poor ones are never about the quality of the fabric, but are only about customer service. I'm not saying that there couldn't be problems but that has not been my experience at all after 9 orders. I've always received my wonderful, beautiful quality fabric within a reasonable amount of time, usually quickly. Highly recommend.

Ordered fabric 12 days ago. No shipping info yet, no order update. No response to three emails, even though they claim they will respond "in one business day." Called customer service and got the recording. (Did order once before from this place, and they sent the order to the wrong address even though the address on the order was correct. Took 2 weeks to get the corrected shipment.) Will never order from this place again. I really love Fashion Fabrics Club. I have so many fabrics that I’ve purchased from them and I’m always happy. Everything from their lining to their designer Fabrics are incredible. They always ship timely, they’ve never canceled due to low stock. Be sure and log in create or use your account because their rewards program is incredible. The more I buy the more points I get and the more reward dollars I get. I highly recommend Fashion Fabrics Club to anyone who buys Fabric online
