Well, shipping is all right 7-10 business days, Should you need expedited shipping it is available. The merchandise is very chic and prices are exceptional and the quality is more than good. A lot of runway things and good basic neutral colors if that is your core

I love everything about them. They always have amazing sales, customer service is great, fast response, speedy order fulfillment and shipping. They also do a great job cutting the fabric evenly and sometimes I end up with a little more than I ordered.

Exceptional company. All of my interactions with them have been top-tier. Phone calls were answered quickly, and customer service reps were friendly and helpful. I ordered a large quantity of fabric that was shipped through FedEx and FedEx delivered it to the wrong location (so it was never received). They were so helpful with the claim I filed with FedEx and ensured that the claim was resolved and that I received a refund (even though the fabric company was not at fault). The overall service was not good. 4 days after the order was placed, no shipment, no updates, nothing and on just 3 yards of a basic fabric. The price was not bad but the service and shipping is just out weigh the price. Never buying from this retailer again.
