Very rude and unprofessional! No refund or exchange on items that never left the store. Would not allow me to exchange for uniform shirts only. I was told I should have read the sign before my purchase. They even told me I was a bad mother! The quality really wasn't that great is the reason for the exchange, I just didn't want the pants. I'm a bad mother but you can't have your money once it's in our hands. I hope they enjoy the Lord's money because it all belongs to him!
I love this store very helpful, friendly staff with great customer service. They have no problems ordering exactly what you want if it's not in the store. I would definitely recommend this store for back to school NOT Uniform Mart.

I ordered my son's uniforms Thursday. Arrived Sunday at 2 pm to pick them up. I realized I forgot my receipt. The lady was rude. She told me no before I could say anything else. I have forgotten my receipt for the cleaners, layaway and password. All other places have more than 1 way to identify customers. Suppose my house caught fire or some other tragedy.....The lady and I argued until I realized it was pointless. I left the store. Called the bank disputed the transaction and went to Creative Design. I will never go back.
This is the best place to go for school and work uniforms. Quality clothes at a great price...
