Completely ruined my grandfathers military jacket. They washed and dried a wool jacket!? The color washed out and it shrank. The fur collar came out, it looks awful. Bad customer service top of all that. Because it is a military jacket it was still worth $200. They would only give me $50, if I wanted any more money then they wouldn't give me back my grandfathers jacket. Just awful, they ruined a family heirloom.
Luis was efficient and super helpful on getting my items done when I was on a time crunch. I highly recommend Fashion Cleaners.
Never been somewhere so professional and quality. The owner must have a photographic memory. He always remembers me and things about me, and I don’t even go super often. They definitely know how to run a business. I hope everyone goes to this company. They’re really the best.
Great price for cleaning 75 school band uniforms. The owner was so gracious to give the kids a price break! Besides the price, they delivered ALL the uniforms to the high school in King City. Cannot say enough gratitude. They ROCK!
