I was in a real pickle. I had flown in from out of state for a high school reunion. My clothes got especially wrinkled in my suitcase which wasn't a huge surprise. But one of my shirts that I was going to wear the next evening to my reunion was a linen blend so it was wrinkled to high heaven. Fashion Cleaners & Laundry were amazing with a last-minute request! My husband called three different dry cleaners, and all said it would take three days to have his suit ready. He needed it sooner, and thankfully, his last call was to Fashion Cleaners & Laundry. Mr. Gonzales was so kind and accommodating, offering same-day service. We’re so grateful and highly recommend them!
Completely ruined my grandfathers military jacket. They washed and dried a wool jacket!? The color washed out and it shrank. The fur collar came out, it looks awful. Bad customer service top of all that. Because it is a military jacket it was still worth $200. They would only give me $50, if I wanted any more money then they wouldn't give me back my grandfathers jacket. Just awful, they ruined a family heirloom.
Never been somewhere so professional and quality. The owner must have a photographic memory. He always remembers me and things about me, and I don’t even go super often. They definitely know how to run a business. I hope everyone goes to this company. They’re really the best.
