I started out going to Fashion Corner to look for a pageant dress. When I left, I left with a 2nd dress for prom and a new favorite place to shop. The staff knows exactly how to make you feel beautiful. Since that trip in 2010- I have never gone anywhere else for any dress or formal need. I have bought multiple items and have brought friends and family in for dresses. You cannot beat the prices, the staff, the environment and the quality of the gowns there. I love Fashion Corner, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Every time I need a dress I ask for help from Irene and she always knows what I'm looking for, even if I can't express it clearly.

Just bought my daughter's wedding dress and the customer service was wonderful. She had bought prom and homecoming dresses there in the past so we expected good service and were not disappointed.

My daughter and I drove from Yakima to Sunnyside to look for a prom dress. I was a little worried after reading the other reviews on this site, but we had a wonderful experience. The salesgirls were all nice and very helpful. They went out of their way to welcome us and to try and help us sort through their huge selection of dresses. Even when we weren't finding the perfect dress they continued to provide excellent service....their attitude did not change even though we did not purchase a dress during this visit. The employees will not give you the time of day if you're not 100% sure you're buying something within minutes of walking in. They're rude and if you don't come with mommy and money, they limit you to only trying on 3 dresses b/c they somehow know you can't pay for the dress yourself. I went there for homecoming this last September and bought a dress for $500. That same dress was there this Saturday for $650. Everything is ridiculously overpriced and they get away with it because they have no competition in town. Here's to y... read more

I must say that it is hard to beleive Irene would have treated a customer that way. I have been going to FC for ALL of my special event dresses and have always been treated with the upmost respect and with my opinion always first. Irene, Roger and Sylvia are the best at what they do i hope u keep up the good work and yes ill be in again soon for finding of a WEDDING DRESS!!

I came from Yakima to shop at the store because 5 years ago I had a wonderful experience there. But today I had a woman tell me that I didn't have an appointment and was not welcome to look at the dresses, and when I said that I would leave and take my business elsewhere she said good! I was horrified! I have never been treated like that before. Irene is her name I found out when I called to complain and she is the manager! A terrible, mean, absolutely rude, heartful woman.
