Extremely disappointed with this business. On 8/25/25 my wife dropped off 16 pieces of clothing. When we returned for pickup, the staff insisted the items were never dropped off and could not locate them. We knew they were. After weeks of no resolution, I left a negative review. I was then asked to remove it while they “looked into it.” I did the polite thing and took it down, trusting they would make it right. I've never used this company. I want to give them a 5 star because they called every Eric Johnson in the phone book trying to find the owner of a lost item. That's an incredible work ethic!

My girlfriend sprayed green dye in my hair for Halloween and it looked as though it had ruined one of my nice shirts. The lovely people at Fashion Cleaners said they would “give it their best go”, I picked it up 24 hours later and it looks perfect! These folks are quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced, definitely use their services!

Excellent service, next day service no extra fee, many years of experience, great customer service, very efficient, in and out, very fast service, clean store, the hours are very flexible from 6:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday, plenty of parking lot , over all a quality of the services!
