I am giving 1 star because I am very irritated by the fact that I paid $61 for 3 PRESS ONLY items from Fashion Nova that were long. 2 Jumpsuits & a Kaftan. I should of asked the price prior to agreeing, but the price was not disclosed to me at drop off either. I can only imagine how much it would of cost if I had did a full cleaning. I'm very sorry but that is just too much money. The cleaning cost more than I paid for the 3 items combined.
We've been using them for more than a decade. We recently tried their pick up and delivery service and are very pleased.
