Mae was wonderful to work with on my suit alteration. I bought a linen suit online and it unfortunately was a bit big on me. I found Fashion Center Alterations on google and thought why not give it a go! I'm headed to California for a wedding, so I needed something to be done quickly. Upon entering, Mae was very open and welcoming to me! She was able to quickly figure out where I needed alterations just by a glance. Mae is the sweetest person and genuinely so kind, it was a breath of fresh air chatting with her. She got my husband’s suit done in a day and it fits him perfectly now! Great service and this is now our go to place for alterations!
I came here for a last minute dress alteration consultation, unfortunately, my experience was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, the owner/tailor was rude and dismissive. After asking me to put the dress on, she began making unnecessary comments about my body and appearance instead of focusing on the tailoring itself. 10/10. I’m from out of town but was in the area today and had a rush. I called this morning and explained my situation. I came in to drop off a pair of suit pants to be tailored around 11:50 am. They were able to rush the pants and had them back to me before 3pm. Quality was amazing and exactly what I needed from my pants. Mae was fantastic and the speed and quality they were able to deliver me on short notice was unmatched. Would recommend to anyone,
