The proprietor of this establishment was quite rude when we googled the nearest alterations near and we walked in. She was with a client and explained that she didn’t take walk-ins when the site says that she does take walk-ins.. fantastic and very professional service! i thrifted a blazer that was missing a button and did not come with an extra, and needed to have the blazer ready the next day. Mae added a beautiful button from her own collection and finished the project earlier than expected, even working on a holiday. i am very grateful and can most definitely recommend her services!

I had an amazing experience with Mae, her daughter, and with my fantastic alterations!! I came in at the LAST minute before closing after calling in to her daughter and Mae met with me immediately to help me with my suit. I am a student, and I had purchased a suit for an unexpected interview in two days. Mae was able to finish my alterations beautifully in ONE DAY during the snow storm!! BEST ALTERATIONS IN TOWN. Mae is a literal life saver!! I brought some trouser to her less than 2 hours before closing and she was able to rush my alterations and I received them the next morning. The alterations were perfect and although I put her on a tight schedule she was able to complete the job flawlessly. I recommend her business to anyone looking for alterations. She was also so kind and understanding and was willing to work with my timeline. Great customer service! :)

Mae was very nice upfront and I was expecting a good experience but she never sent me pricing on what I requested to have done like she said she would and charged me an insane amount of money at pick-up. If knowing the cost I would have never brought the pieces in for tailoring since these were lower cost items. When I told her I was frustrated about never seeing the prices and her poor communication about it, she continued to argue with me.
