Great service!
This place is wonderful! I had a very badly stained viscose/cotton blend rug which was pretty much hopeless. And they did wonders on it... To boot they picked it up and dropped it off which was very awesome of them because it's a rather big and heavy rug.

Called to get price for a specific service. I was told the owner does not allow this and that I had to come in for a quote. I mentioned that person to person contact should be limited and that the request was not appropriate.
