Got my eyebrows done here yesterday and omg. My eyebrows burn and broke out so bad. 30 dollars turned into a nightmare. I’m pissed, it’s swollen under my eyebrows and everything. I been having to wipe witch hazel and put Vaseline on and under my eyebrows since last night. It burn and itch so bad.
If you get your lashes done by professionals, don’t come here. Very low quality lashes. Irritated my eye so bad (a week later) that my contact ripped in my eye.
Quite frankly, I am very disappointed in the customer service at this shop. I used to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back just to get my eyebrows done by Kim - Kim is the best. Before I drove there I told them I was on the way and would arrive before Kim’s shift ended. To my surprise, I arrived and she was gone. I CALLED TWICE TO INFORM THEM THIS; TWICE! When I get there, Autumn greets me with the most condescending and disrespectful attitude. I tried to ask for a solution and was told “you can come another day.” Like BFFR.... read more
