I love this place so much! I love recommending friends and family to come for the top tier clothes, and the amazing finds that are unique! Kim is fantastic at finding unique items that fit the person I am. I go there looking as frumpy as a garbage bag, and she makes me feel so good being there, helping me find the best options for any future events. Great consignment shop. Seemed to be well curated. Something for everyone. Price points for all!!
A tragedy. One of my favorite consignment stores of all time - insane collection. An absolute must in minneapolis. The older women who runs this store is the tragedy, as all the other comments say…. she rushes you, is rude, pushy and has no sense of style or class. Been coming here for 10+ years, and she’s always been awful. can’t believe they haven’t made a change. also, she assumed i was wearing makeup and made me cover my entire face with a hair net - tacky!
Feels like the Devil Wears Prada in there (and not in a cute way). The staff is unwelcoming and judgmental. 4 starts because they have a strangely niche and impressive collection of consignment (but many brand new pieces as well). I will be back but I don't usually have a great experience due to the rude atmosphere.
Dismissive, poor service. I walked in wearing a baseball hat, sweatshirt, jeans, and there was zero acknowledgement as staff stood yapping at the register. I stood at the register and was finally asked by the chubby gray/white bobbed haired old lady “can I help you” I said “yes, I would like to look at something” and the reply was “here?” I was then trying on bracelets in the cases, and the same lady came over and grabbed the display case key from the other lady and said “I’ll take the key.
