I’m honestly surprised this company has a four star review overall. We had to go through them just because our home warranty contracted them. They were supposed to come today between 8 and 9 AM and they didn’t call, they didn’t show. I altered my schedule to accommodate this appointment. I called the office to let them know and I told the lady I’m not going to wait for him today anymore because I have to leave the house. She just said OK and hung up. Not even an apology or attempt to make it right.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Warranty company requested service 5 days ago for water leak under my sink. The company was unresponsive to my calls. Warranty company called twice and assured me they would call to schedule. Finally get a call and only have availability between 8 and 9 am on day 6 which is the only time that I wasn’t available. They could care less and were rude. I now need to replace water damaged cabinets due to their incompetence.
No call no show. Very disheartening
