Highly recommend FASCO Plumbing! They were dispatched through my home warranty company. Had a leak in a pipe and they were able to come out first thing the next morning. Technician was able to identify the leak quickly with only taking out as little dry wall as possible. Will be keeping them as a plumber contact when we need one!
Luna was great and got our toilet fastened correctly to the floor, sealed nicely, and operating correctly. Even fixed the issues left by the previous company who was sent here by our home warranty company. Blame your home warranty company when you have problems, don’t blame fasko!
I’m honestly surprised this company has a four star review overall. We had to go through them just because our home warranty contracted them. They were supposed to come today between 8 and 9 AM and they didn’t call, they didn’t show. I altered my schedule to accommodate this appointment. I called the office to let them know and I told the lady I’m not going to wait for him today anymore because I have to leave the house. She just said OK and hung up. Not even an apology or attempt to make it right.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Warranty company requested service 5 days ago for water leak under my sink. The company was unresponsive to my calls. Warranty company called twice and assured me they would call to schedule. Finally get a call and only have availability between 8 and 9 am on day 6 which is the only time that I wasn’t available. They could care less and were rude. I now need to replace water damaged cabinets due to their incompetence.
