Fasco Appliance Sales & Service was founded back in 1976 when Bill Leinweber bought out the service department of Basler Appliance. For seven years of business Bill and his wife Terri ran one of the most highly recommended service departments. In 1983 Fasco Appliance Sales & Service decided to expand its business and started to sell new appliances. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is so bad I feel like they owe ME some stars. I do not know how this place is still in business if this is the type of service they provide. I wish I had not “shopped local” and gone with a big box store instead. At least they have a 2 week return policy/satisfaction guarantee, minimum. Exceptional service!! From my call where Sabrina answered & tried to help me over the phone, to her calling back to offer me an earlier appointment date, she was terrific! Brandon F. came today and to fix my wash machine. He triple checked everything to ensure it was walking properly. Friendly & professional all the way. I was so impressed that I will be bringing their name up at our next condo association meeting to encourage the other condo owners to utilize their services for their appliance needs. Bobbi Sprague
