I had a relaxation massage with Amy Keyser yesterday and it was amazing! I felt like I was walking without pain afterward! Amy was very attentive to my specific muscular needs, even pointing out areas where she could feel tightness and giving me advice on how to counter-stretch those areas. I highly recommend Amy if youre looking for a massage therapist. And I can't wait to have my first evaluation with Laura!

Amy is amazing. I got an upper body deep tissue massage with her at Fascia and she did a great job listening to my concerns and focusing on the areas that needed the most attention. Her pressure was consistent and effective, and she checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling noticeably less tense, with much less pain in my back and shoulders, and much better overall. Great experience, and I will definitely be returning!
I did a 90 minute massage from Amy and it was exactly what I needed. I train 5 days per week so adding this in during my rest days and deload weeks will be a great addition.
