I had no idea this is what I needed. So happy I was introduced to this process. Laura worked with me to get my muscles and fascia to work their best. The pain and discomfort dropped to the point in don’t need muscle relaxers or pain killers. At least for me anyway. So happy I went to see her. I can’t recommend this enough. I drive 75 minutes each way and totally worth the trip.
Laura is wonderful. She diminished scar tissue from surgery that has been pulling for over 15 years. She is amazing.
The best. Full stop. Perfect blend of technically proficient and expertise coupled with an amazing gift of sharing and imparting all that to her patients.
Laura was very thorough, kind and very knowledgeable. Within one session she helped alleviate my shoulder pain and help me regain range of motion I haven’t been able to achieve in months!
I highly recommend Fascia Lines to anyone who has injuries from exercise, or if you are recovering from surgery. I have seen Laura exclusively, and have met her teammate - both are professional and very helpful to their clients. I usually come in with pain in my right knee, lower back, and hip from a previous knee injury and subsequent surgery. I leave without pain, better able to walk, and feeling like my knee and hip are "unlocked". I cannot recommend Fascia Lines enough!
