Love the place
Coach Frank has trained my daughter since middle school, from the start of this it was clear he has a great style and his method is very effective, helping her to focus her energies both mentally and physically to complete some major goals over the years. Frank is incredibly intuitive to her training and is very experienced, he has a proven record of training many champions of all sports over the years. We highly recommend him to all that want to be an athlete on a higher level!
I am the father of 2 girls that have accepted a D1 Scholarship to play lacrosse. Both of my girls train at FAS on a weekly basis and if it was not for Frank and his staff working with them, they would not have been able to perform on the field like they have. FAS’s teachings have helped dramatically from a strength, conditioning and mental standpoint.
