They installed a glass in my door it cracked as soon as it went in.then they replaced it.The next one cracked within about 3 weeks.They did not offer any refund or discount on another replacement.Bad Work.

I didn’t get serviced here and let me tell you why. I know about cars and my window is off track. I didn’t feel like taking my door apart so I figured why not pay someone else to do. I call to get a quote explaining what’s wrong with my window and they’re sitting here trying to tell me I need a whole new regulator which would be $200+. Guess the lady thinks she could get over on me cause I’m like no it’s not the regulator it rolls down & up it just stops at a certain point, hence it being OFF TRACK. Called a day before and asked details on dropping off a vehicle. I was told to simply bring it by and drop it off for the work to be completed. I called the day I planned to bring said vehicle by and was told I couldn’t. Evidently no one that works here knows their business policies. I would NOT recommend going to a place of business that gives customers conflicting information. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and tell others to stay away from Fas-Glass.
