Booked a facial for 11AM. Came at 10:57 and owner came at 12:06. When i got inside she said her facial lady isnt coming because of the rain, despite my 11am booking. Unprofessional, unsure how this place has good reviews (maybe for a quick threading or brow work mid day?). If you look closely you'll see many others have issue with their professionalism and timeliness. Do NOT come here.

Every time I come in town Farzana for eyebrow threading is the place to go. My girls all go to Farzana she isthe best!
Susie was very nice. She did a great job on my brows. She listened and was patient. I will definitely be coming back again.
I swore I would never go back after I was left with injuries on my face TWICE but I was right across the street on Wednesday the 29th and decided to give them one more chance out of convenience to get my eyebrows tweezed, and my lip waxed. I used to go all the time when the owner was working and she would do a great job. Unfortunately the girl who helped me on the 29th is the same girl who injured my face the other two times and this time, I walked out with a half-inch chunk of skin missing off of the top of my lip.
