I went to this braiding salon on July 1st for boho knotless braids, although my braids were very pretty and the shop was clean the service took extremely long. I arrived right at 9 and the owner sat on her phone until 9:40. She did not begin braiding my hair until 10:30. She took a million breaks, kept going on her phone, proceeded to walk around the salon and look at other people’s hair while i sat there waiting for my hair to be finished. They are very caring about your hair I saw several costivers come in having problems about their hair and she'll care aboutch.Maybe don't feel comfortable.Thanks took care of the problem very good do you care about the customers how they feel?It's a beautiful place to come too
The stylist) and staff were very pleasant and professional! Salon was very clean and welcoming!! Did an excellent job on my braids! I will definitely be going back!
