Seriously understaffed!!!
Possibly the worst farwest to offload steel at.absolutely no respect for truckers time.they literally take one bundle off then spend 30mins to an hour trying to figure out where to put it.heres some simple common sense advice,offload the truck (all the bundles)then figure out where you can store the product you ordered,and knew was coming.using our trucks to hold your stock for literally hours and hours is ridiculous.your management needs to figure this out,its an ongoing problem at all farwest branches.this one is the worst... read more

10/10 They do an excellent job processing steel per cut lists. The accuracy of the cuts is mind blowing for a steel supplier, all parts were labeled and banded into bundles, they even labeled the drops.
