They should be more open and detailed in what they are actually looking for with applicants. I was told I didn't have enough experience which is not true at all. An associates that covers multiple basic processes including flux core(self/dual shield), plus a year mig welding structural for an employer. I think they just didn't want to hire me in which there should not be any reason to that, that is justified and fair. I do not know why they wouldn't hire me.
