I live here. For 2 years now. On wait list for CHA housing. I can't wait! This is a private mgmt co. My rent checks are made to FJ Apartments, LLP. Sign on door is Evergreen Mgmt. Sucks rocks. Repairs are done under threat of legal action. Apts are valued steeply over the fair market value for area. Apts are horrible. I have sublevel 240 sq ft studio apt valued at $1800/ mo. Around the corner, I cld get 2 bdrm apt for $875! Had I the income! This mgmt company profits from HUD. Big time! At least CHA housing meets the rules f... read more
