We’ve been working with Farsk for a while and have always appreciated their products, but unfortunately, our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Our last order containing perishable items was in transit for 5 days due to delivery issues, and arrived completely unusable. Despite reaching out and explaining that we never received a delivery attempt notice from UPS, and that this is the first time something like this has happened, Farsk refused to take any responsibility. I have been using their products for a few years. Their iv solutions, NAD injections and Methylene blue. Never had any issues, excellent customer service, excellent quality!
