I went to the address and this restaurant doesn't exist. A new restaurant called Diyar Persian Restaurant is there now.
Truly a hidden gem and super underrated. I tried the Kebab Torsh (aka sour kebab) and I can easily say that it was one of the best kebab's I've ever had. Mr. Tehrani, the chef is a very warm and welcoming soul, our first time in the restaurant he took us back to the kitchen to show us the good quality of the meat. You can tell he is very passionate about his craft.
