I felt very judged here. The dentists seemed very snooty, like I was doing something wrong as a parent. What really was the kicker was they tried to call me and say I didn’t pay, roughly $450. I kept telling them I had but they wouldn’t believe me. I had to provide them my statement, showing that I did in fact pay. I’m not sure if it was an error on their part or that they were trying to scam us for more money. Between the two issues, we will not be coming back.

We have been going to see Dr Nia for quite some time when it comes to dental practice but have been seeing his orthodontist practice for the last six months. He is great with the kids and ensures parents know the reason for treatment and process expectations. The new office is very modern and provides a welcoming feel. The staff that works there is friendly and attentive to any needs. We love visiting Dr. Nia and his staff!
