Wish there was a ZERO STAR option. I saw Dr. A at the Southlake office. Like the other 5 star reviews, he was kind and seemed knowledgeable. However, after having a procedure done, I have no respect for him or his practice. Phone calls were not returned for days and when I did get a call back, the nurse was not able to answer some of the questions and told me she would have the dr. or PA return my call. Never happened. I have had to see Dr. A a couple of times, and each time it has been a fantastic experience. No one ever wants to go to the doctor, but he and his staff always make the process as easy to deal with as it can be. Very grateful to have his team on my side.
