Dr. Shafizadeh himself is a nice doctor, but the office operations make it nearly impossible to recommend this practice. Between December 2025 and March 2026, my appointments were cancelled four times because the ultrasound machine was supposedly down. After the fourth reschedule, I missed an appointment on Tuesday ( March 17 2026) because after so many cancellations and date changes I forgot to add the latest one to my calendar (understandable when you've been rescheduled this many times). Dr Farshad Shafizadeh and his team provided me with extremely high quality and very empathetic urological care this Winter to address a prostate issue I experienced. I cannot emphasize enough how both professional and supportive each and everyone there is as I felt well-informed and comfortable during all stages for their services and medical procedures. Doctor Farshad Shafizadeh and his amazing staff handles each patient with the upmost respect and care. They truly only want what is best for their patients and work hard towards their success.
