The people at NYU are the best ! They made my experience there so comfortable, I would recommend them to anyone. Denise especially was great !
Doctor & care team were amazing. The receptionist with the heavy eyeliner was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Update: Doctor called personally to discuss my experience and handle any issue personally. Incredibly attentive and very considerate of my experience.
Excellent office all around, from the front desk to the medical assistants to the doctors, all very professional
Dr Shafizadeh is the best doctor I have ever seen. Procedure exceeded my expectations. He is always available to answer any questions. His staff and nurses are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. What I like about Shafizadeh is his confidence and knowledge and of course his reputation.
They bad reviews are about the wait are accurate. I’ve had two appointments, arrived 15 minutes early for each and waited over an hour and a half BEYOND the appointment time each time. It is insane and disrespectful. I think they must overbook and show no care with regard to their patients time or schedule. Why make the appointment if you can’t keep it at all?
