We were visiting NY when our car broke down and had to get towed. It was unfortunately Sunday and they were closed but they brought it in first thing in the next morning and fixed the problem in under two hours. They were really nice and gave good recommendations as well. Really glad we went here and were able to make it home quickly!
I'm kind of a car guy. Grew up in a racing family in the south. We owned a speed shop, I worked there. Built cars with my dad from the frame up, spent many weekends at the track. Had my car towed to Farrow’s Auto Service late on a Saturday night with no idea what was wrong—I was panicked it could be a major issue. I called first thing Monday morning, and they said they’d take a look ASAP. Later that evening, I got a call with a clear explanation of the problem and was told it could be fixed the next day.
