Im so annoyed with the practices of Farrow. I originally went to Mike Steffen and he gave me my mold after he retired. Great ortho by the way! Miss him dearly!! Farrow was helping him at his practice and after my retainer broke due to a really bad seizure i went to her to make me another one. All was great until they said why don’t we keep your mold for future retainers. I didn’t think anything of it and said sure. BIG MISTAKE! Fantastic group the staff is really geared towards those who are getting braces or in braces both my girls felt comfortable and their smiles look great.
Sharon is very accommodating and helpful. Love the design of the office.
