If you have any chronic pain, I would seriously recommend a strong physical therapy regimen! NJ is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I live with chronic low back Pain and have been working with NJ for 6 months. She has helped me with pain relieving exercises and alternative solutions to mediations. It is such a huge difference!
NormaJean is one of the best physical therapists I've ever seen! She is so incredibly attentive and caring. She makes sure that each individual patient has their own care plan and gets everything that they need! I can't imagine going to see anyone ever again.
NJ will spot you on lifting your goals until you can lift them on your own… I am a woman in my fifties.
