Zero stars. I have made three different appointments and no one has shown up. They put me out weeks because they’re backed up. I take time out of my schedule and they didn’t even call me to tell me they wouldn’t show up. I called an hour and forty five minutes into my window and they said they couldn’t make it. I had an appointment today. I called to confirm, they said I am so sorry the technician can’t come today. Seems they can take the reservation but they can’t keep the reservation which is the most important part.
