Yeah... Farrish Subaru is Nice. The front line staff is professional & easy to deal with. Their repairs have been consistently solid. Meaning : you will Not have to go back to them - to correct a previous repair. This is always a good thing. : )
Aaron Brown, a service consultant, was especially helpful. He explained all repairs needed and gave me details about the car. He also asked if I needed a loaner or a ride home. I'm sure the other consultants are good also.
Awful experience. They are quick to take care of you if you’re doing any out of pocket service, but forget about having any warranty work done here. I waited 3 weeks for them to order a part for a warranty repair request. The service advisor never proactively reached out during that time to provide me with updates. I had to call myself twice and email once to get any response and even then I was told to keep waiting with no real timeframe. Finally had enough of being strung along and canceled the repair.
