Great experience at Farrish Auto Body Fairfax. Our vehicle was damaged in a recent snow/ice/“snowcrete” storm when snow and ice fell off of a store roof onto the windshield and hood of our van. The folks at Farrish communicated well with us and kept us updated using phone calls, texts, and emails. They worked closely with our insurance company and the repairs were completed ahead of the projected repair time. I brought my Subaru Forester here after an accident. I brought it to a different shop and they only fixed the cosmetic of the bumper that wasn't OEM. I knew the parking sensors were broken but they failed to listen to my concern. I brought my car in after getting in a fender bender and this shop was amazing!! They took the time to assess the damage properly and fixed it up rather fast, giving updates along the way so I knew what the timeline was looking like. Got my car back in great shape and they even gave it a good wash. The entire staff was extremely helpful and communicative, I would highly recommend bringing your damaged car here if you want stellar service.
