We were so lucky that our insurance used this autobody company to repair our damaged car! The explanations and communications were excellent. And, we received it back earlier than initially scheduled and in great condition. What else could one want?
My son got into a minor side collision on the interstate with damage to the side panels and the sideview mirror dislodged. We went through our insurer (USAA) and decided to use Farrish since they are a preferred repair shop for USAA and thus provide a good warranty on the repair, they have good online reviews, and they are a Honda-certified repair shop. I am incredibly disappointed and stressed by the sheer negligence, lack of accountability, and dismissive management at Farrish Fairfax Auto Body. Before repairs even began, I called on 3/19/26 and gave explicit, verbal instructions that the personal items in my trunk were not to be moved. I was assured by Gary that while they needed to access the trunk, my property would remain untouched. Instead, my explicit directive was completely ignored.
