Peter was friendly it seemed at first but lazy. He told me he had called my warranty to see if my repairs would be covered and was on the phone for a hour but today my warranty specialist assured me no one has called or attempted to do so under my warranty.
We have purchased three vehicles from Farrish Dodge in the past, but after the most recent worst SERVICE experience, a family member had, we will never return, will take our business elsewhere. The recall process for my vehicle was incredibly frustrating. After waiting weeks for the replacement part, the installation and repair was a disappointment process. The Service Center would keep my vehicle longer than expected trying to find a technician to install the replacement part correctly. This has to be done twice, since the first and second time the repair did not bring the part to the original condition. I have had the worst experience ever ! they were very aggressive un professional and one of the employees tried to hit me and threated me, he did not stop threating me till I tried to call 911.
Was interested in buying a new truck from this dealer.. Messaged them about a 2025 Ram 3500 that's in transport. Got non stop harassed by multiple sales people, all suggesting I drive 200 miles to stop in when the truck is still in transport and not even on site yet. Blowing up my phone all hour's of the day. Lily, Fefe, Samir all should be fired horrible customer service. Go to a dealer with some respect for its customers.
