I schedule an appt for a diagnostic on my truck that I bought from Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. I have the most unprofessional service advisor, complete idiot & a liar. Wasted 2 hours of driving & gas to be told there is nothing wrong & the noise the power steering is making is normal. Normal is no noise as it was when I purchased the truck. Be very cautious and get a second opinion before authorizing repairs here. We brought our van in on 3/26/26 because the window was not working and the van was making a noise. The dealership charged us $3,542.20 for repairs. According to the technician, they repaired the motor mounts, transmission mounts, and the window. When we picked the van up, the window still did not work, and the noise was still there. We brought the van back, and Daniel, the service representative, then told us additional parts were needed. They don’t honor their online prices. The service department won’t return your calls or emails. They won’t own up to a mistake even when I brought proof of the online prices. The shop manager is the ceo’s son. That’s why nothing will get done. This place is a scam. Avoid this shop at all costs. Update: 6 weeks later the online price is still $50 less than what they charge
Awesome experience. Awesome customer service. Cecil made the whole thing go as seamless as possible. Even came in on his day off when I took delivery of my jeep to be sure that all went easily as well. Highly recommended.
