Totally unprofessional. My mother receives a death benefit pension from a different state that has a state tax. Melinda filed her taxes to show she owed state taxes to that state. When I went back to her to get my mother's state taxes amended she refused and said she filed them correctly, and thats just how that state works. When I told her that other tax services have confirmed to me that my mother does not have to pay state taxes, Melinda told me to go to them instead. Very rude, very unprofessional.
Melinda was fantastic, this was my first year doing business tax return and I had no clue what to do. She made it seem so easy and fast, answered all my questions and made me feel good about using Farris tax service. Now I will be coming back to use her for my payroll.
