I work as a roofing materials supplier AT Farris Metal Products
Use to be a great place to get metal. Now more recently they have really went down hill. Especially when it comes to service and quality of materials. Every time I have put in an order for metal they either don't give me the right stuff I ordered or just all together doesn't give me the stuff I ordered. Then when I have to take more time out of my day to call them and let them know that, they either get an attitude with me as if it's my fault they messed up or there poor attitude.
