Dr Jackson is an excellent physician, very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. He explains things well, like the whats and whys of treatment plans. I highly recommend him.
This may be a fine physician but when his patients are held hostage by his staff and the "time" they have to address a patients concern your health is in grave danger. Steer clear unless you want to fight for any "care" you may receive. Expect things like not calling promptly for prior authorizations from your health insurance company which then delays a procedure you need done to not being able to receive a medical devise prescribed by the Doctor because the staff doesn't have"time" to fax it.
