First, I appreciate Farrington for the care that I received. However, when it came to transitioning on to outpatient providers, there was no assistance. I ended PHP with no therapist or dietician to follow up with afterward. On top of that, there was insufficient guidance about insurance. Three years later, I am owing thousands of dollars.
I’d give no stars if I could, but I feel the need to warn everyone about this place. They do not care about you, they won’t “walk alongside you” or “meet you where you’re at”. They’ll just do whatever it takes to coerce you into signing up for their pricey assessment, just to tell you that the fee for it will be waived if they’re unable to help you.
