RecommendedStopped by today when I was in the area to pick up a few things and Jason, Jennifer and Hunter were awesome! The store looks great! Y’all have done a wonderful job. The customer service was excellent and Hunter even carried my things to the truck! Keep up the great work!
Ordered a clinch gouge over a week ago for about $60. Said it would be in by about 2 business days. Still no clinch gouge, and now I’m $60 short. Would not recommend.
I ordered a few tools back in May, they came last week when I was away on a work emergency. Excellent quality items, exactly what I was looking for. I did have some misunderstanding about shipping, the wording was confusing, however, these great people shipped my order to me free of charge. The only thing I would change is just setting up payment for shipping up front and clarify the wording a bit. If I could give these guys more than five stars I would ! Always get great service when I come to get supplies and several times they have went out of their way to make sure I got my supplies I needed when I was in a pinch . Definitely first class customer service!

Very poor customer service, placed an order 2 months ago had to email them and ask where my order was. In the reply I received, it stated your order has been returned to us 2 times by USPS, would you like to pay UPS to ship it for more money. My response was no thanks please refund to which I have received no reply. Refund please
Lousy sales and customer service! I tried to buy twice and have almost to beg for information. Not only they do not have stock, they do not communicate anything to you. 2 orders made and 2 weeks for answers... Terrible They do not care about your orders.
I would give ten stars. This store not only sells farrier supplies. Mike and his employees are always worried about serving us in the best way. In addition to providing us with the best in the market, he often offers courses and clinics to improve the work and knowledge of the farriers!! Thank you for your support and contribution with the horses and farrier business!
