Love. Love. Love. Before Farrells, I loved working out but HATED the gym. I hated having to make my own workout, I struggled to keep myself accountable, I was working out for 2 hours and as I got busier it just wasn’t substantial, so I stopped going all together. My sister started Farrells and I watched her transform to before baby weight quickly after having 2 babies 6 year apart. Great family atmosphere. This is not a normal studio. Everyone cares for one another. The energy is amazing and well worth the time!
