Charged $349 for replacing a battery on my electric fireplace that I purchased from them 2 years ago. Seldom use as we have one in the family room. Thought the charge was outrageous….after complaining he reduced it to $249…..for a little battery!

Good experience. Recommended company. I was in no hurry because the property was being remodeled so having to wait weeks for the manufacturer and shipping of inside fit glass doors with textured black finish was not an issue. Thanks to all the folks at I spoke with, Andy, Tom, NJ and Yolanda.
