Great selection of fireplace needs
This review is long overdue! I used this company many times and let me just say that not only was the customer service on point, but their costs are 1/3 of any other company in San Diego for the same quality service. Hands down, this is the only place that I will use moving forward for all fireplace work. Great service at an exceptional price.
This place is garbage. Scheduled an appointment with them 2 weeks out for a fireplace repair. Had an estimate done and everything. Took the day off work to be there for the repair. 30 minutes after they were supposed to show up, I called to see why they weren't here. They were going to just leave me high and dry. Not bothering to call or show up. Then they wanted to reschedule. Like it's my fault these unprofessional discourteous people blew me off. Save your time and frustration, do not bother with these clowns.
