Loving the community- makes me want to get to the gym every day, get stronger, and makes me know I have friends who are sore too!!! Best workout in town, now with new fabulous management!!!
Everyone makes it easy to feel comfortable at my level of starting out. Everyone has been really nice, encouraging and helpful. I’m aware there will be pain but I appreciate that if I take a little break during a session nobody is scolding me to keep pushing. I’m excited to see what things will look like after the 10 weeks
Great way to start your day. Great for beginners or any skill level. The time passes fast and before you know it class is over. You will get help and improve daily.. Friendly staff!
