I can't say enough about the attitude and helpful staff at FXB Iowa City Eastside. They will help inspire you to reach your goals in the ten week program, it's not just pounds and inches, it's an attitude adjustment.

I love the concept of FXB. I finally found something I can stick with. All ages, all fitness levels. And the people at the Iowa City Farrell's make it work...Barron, Mary, and all of the instructors are so supportive. Best 45 minutes of the day!
