Be cautious of the membership, they really cared when they wanted my mom and I to get a membership but we found out that they have been continuing to charge my mom for year and half when I cancelled with them a year and half ago. I cancelled because of surgery and they responded saying they were so sorry and that they hope to see me back when I am healed. Only reason we found out they were still charging is due to changing card numbers and they called us looking for a new card number. They refuse to credit us any months to h... read more

4 years later and I still can't get enough of the comradery!! Great gym, great instructors, and great members!! It has changed my life drastically and encourage everyone to give it a try!
