Love this whole experience, I would definitely recommend for those just starting out trying to figure out how and where to start in their health journey. Also for those just getting back into fitness but needs help in nutrition. An amazing team that works with you and helps you throughout the whole process.
The workouts are great, but they really don’t offer much in the way of nutrition planning like they claim. It’s all based on an app and any in person discussion usually just concludes with “idk, just find what works best for you!” Personally, think I’ll let my membership expire and find a pt at any other gym in the area for less than they’re charging. But if you’re a beginner and need a kick in the butt to start a serious fitness goal, this is a good stepping stone.
