I went, quite a few years back, as a ten-weeker. It's a huge time investment. It's a fun, upbeat, positive environment. I lost quite a bit while there! The programs rly work! you have a tons of people motivating you the whole time. After the ten week program, you're offered a full membership. I signed up to be a member. I have asthma. Normally, I would take my inhaler 2-3 times a week. I did fine throughout the whole ten weeks, so I assumed I could do the membership. You cannot do back-to-back ten week programs there. Great gym and great owner!
Great supportive atmosphere. Challenging workouts, but worth it!
Just had a great workout this morning. The great part of this gym and the workouts is you can make it your own and there are people that will push you if you want to be pushed. Love it best thing I've done for my physical and mental health.
Farrell's has been a part of my life for over 10 years now. This is NOT just a gym where go attend and get skinny. This is a program that changes your mind and your body. If you're looking for a place to take out your stress, be in a community of supportive people, and better your physical and mental health Farrell's is for you!
