Farrell’s has been absolutely life changing for me! I actually look forward to going to work out and feel so much better when I am done! I really enjoy the community and leadership support I feel from everyone here. I’ve also been able to receive some nutritional guidance which has also tremendously helped my journey. I encourage anyone to give it a try! Kickboxing and strength training are so rewarding at Farrell’s!

I LOVE this gym! Kickboxing and resistance training is what I was looking for. Also found such a welcoming and encouraging community to go along with it. Highly recommend.
In short, joining the Ferrell's 10 week challenge has been a game changer and the people at Ferrell's are the key. They are motivating in addition to making you feel like you belong there. This is an excellent facility with excellent people to help change what the rest of you life is going to be like!
I joined the 10 week challenge and it has been amazing. I did not know when joining there would be so much support and I would gain a fitness family.
