Been working out at the Waukee location for over 2 years now. My wife love the express class!! Michael gives us the best 30 minutes of our day. Always able to use the Zoom Link to join class while I'm traveling.
Best gym I've ever been to. Workouts are fun with great results. The instructors are the absolute best they really care about you and helping you achieve all your goals. Check em out, you'll be hooked!
I belong to FXB in my own town. While traveling I discovered FXB Bettendorf and decided to drop in. The members were welcoming and encouraging. The instructor/ office guy was inviting and kind. Turns out, he was also the owner of that location. Thanks, Dan, for a great workout in a friendly environment. I'll be back the next time I'm in the QC.
