I brought my son in law and grandson here after spending the afternoon touring the Lemay Museum. Max was our server and he was attentive and very professional. I had the Chicken bacon pineapple salad and it was an amazing burst of flavors. I ordered the regular size and finished it all. The best salad in recent memory. Son in law had pizza and loved the flavor. A great experience and thanks Max for being a top notch server.
I feel sad about Farrelli's. My partner and I came in for dinner before a show nearby. It didn't seem like they had enough staff. Our server was very nice, but he was too busy to check on us very much. We got a chicken caprese pizza, and I'm gonna be so honest the chicken seemed like it came from a frozen bag. I expected a little better for the prices? Otherwise it was fine, but it didn't impress me. I am all about customer service and on my visit here both young woman adults at the front counters did not even acknowledge me, One walked away and the other was on her cell phone the entire time while I was needing help on the parking tablet. A male employee acknowledge me and directed me to the reserved area we had booked upstairs.
