Ordered a pizza and salad for delivery. Driver delivered to the wrong address, dumping it on the ground, where the local dog ate it before I could get to it. I called the restaurant, and they refused to replace it. Truly a staggering lack of respect for the customer. I'm never supporting this business again.

We come here all the time, and the pizza is seriously so good, always fresh, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor. We’ve tried a lot of pizza places, and Farelli’s is easily one of our favorites. Great food!
Been to Farelli's many time's.. normally in Parkland , Tacoma area .. went to silverdale Farrelli's , and it was not what I would consider standard or they just didn't hit the mark . Our appetizers were ok ( taste as it should but the " bread that came with it was on the darkside) if you know what i mean , the pizza while fresh was too fresh like doughie / under cooked. Great food. HORRIBLE customer service. I was taken back, in awe of the staff's APATHY, I felt like they were bigots! Back in my day, just a few generations ago, when you said "hi", or "hello" (imagine that) to someone they'd respond with a similar greeting, not these RUDE KIDS Firrellis has on board. Management: take time out to teach your staff an inkling of respect. Yummy chocolate cake, though
